Would you have stayed

If I had clear skin,

If my hair fell down my back,

If my voice sounded like music,

& my laugh like bells?

If my eyes twinkled like stars,

If my cheeks had dimples,

If my body curved like roads?

What about;

If my clothes came from magazines,

If my car was foreign,

If my wallet was thick,

& my life was good?

How about;

If my presence was needed,

If my opinions mattered,

If my help was wanted,

& my love was enough.

You think you would have stayed ?
